* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Reputed Bidder/Supplying firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in FTTx / FTTh and Networking works.
B) Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 02 (Two) number of FTTx / FTTh and Networking works in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 6.00 lac (Six lac) for Package-ICT_eGP/2024-25/01 in a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk. 15.00 lac (Fifteen lac) for Package- ICT_eGP/2024-25/01. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six) lac for Package- ICT_eGP/2024-25/01 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.
G) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
H) JVCA is not allowed
