প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 years.
B) Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 1 year, with a value of at least Tk. 1.50 lakh.
C) Turn over: The required average annual turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 2.00 lakh over the last 3 financial years or best 3 years in the last 5 financial years.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1.50 lakh.
E) Tender capacity: The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 1.50 lakh
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.
(v) ABC certificate
G) JVCA is not allowed
