* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (Five) years experience in Lift Supply and Installation.
The tenderer shall have specific experience in successful completion of similar nature Work (Supply and Installation of Lift) of not less than Tk. 50 (Fifty) Lakh in a single agreement under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies within the last 5 (five) years from date of publication of IFT.
2) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form PG3-8) of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 65 (Sixty Five) Lakh
3) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate , Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and valid ABC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
4) In Case of proposed brand other than mentioned in PWD SOR 2022 the Bidder must submit Equivalent Cartificate from PWD EM P&D Zone, Dhaka.
