প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) Years. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
2. The Tenderer must have successful work completion experience of Road work in a single contract amounting not less than BDT 1000 Lac during last 10 (Ten) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.The works certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of Concerned Department/Organization.
3. The required minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) is BDT 2000.00 Lac. Construction turnover will be calculated on the basis of total certified payments received within last 05 years where best 03 years will be considered.
4. The required minimum Liquid Asset is BDT 500.00 Lac in prescribed format of Credit Line certificate from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh without any alteration.
5. The required minimum Tender Capacity is BDT 1350.00 Lac. The Tenderer must submit list of On-Going works & existing commitments in support of Tender Capacity Calculation.
6. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 & Public Procurement Rules-2008 and their amendments.
