* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed supplier firms who have minimum 2 (Two) years of general experience in similar nature sports goods supply works in a Government organization or Autonomous organizations or Federations (Approved by National Sports Council) are eligible to participate in this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) Any supplier or Importer who have up-to-date import license (Import Registration Certificate) having experience of at least 2(Two) years of importing sports goods (At least 25,000 USD in each year, LC Certificate from Authorized Bank must be submitted) can also participate in this tender.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated Trade License, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer or authority who has concluded contract with the supplier.
d) The Tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG3-4.
e) The tendered must submit relevant sample 1 set Tracsuit (Blue), 1 Pcs T-shirt (White) and 1 Pair Keds on or before 30th April, 2025. The supplier’s having best quality sample will be given preference.
f) The Tenderer must take prior approval from concerned authority before delivery of all sports goods and sportswear as specified in ePG3-4.
g) The Tenderer must possess the required capacity/capability to supply all the sports goods within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of signing contract.
h) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per ITT, TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
i) The Head of Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
