* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractor/Supplier firms who have minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience in supplying sports goods or sportswear from a Government or Autonomous organization or federations approved by National sports council (NSC) are eligible to apply in this tender. The 3 years time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date Trade License, Updated Income tax clearance certificate, VAT registrationcertificate, previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the authority who has concluded the contract.
d) The experience certificate of last 3 (Three) years must be submitted along with the tender. Only the completion certificate will be accepted.
e) If any falsified documents are submitted along with the tender and found incorrect then strict actions will be taken against those tenderer.
f) The tenderer must submit relevant sample of cloth viz. i) Tracksuit (Royal blue with Adiddas Stripe) ii) Polo T-Shirt (White/Blue) following the technical specification as specified in e-PG2-3 form on or before the tender closing date to the PE’s Office.
g) Each sample shall be tagged with information separately viz. technical specification (like GSM and fabric detail), proposed sample for tracksuit for boys/tracksuit for girls/T-shirt for boys or girls with suppliers company information.
h) The tenderer must comply with the technical specification as specified in the form ePG2-4.
i) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2025 with latest amendment.
j) The Head of Procuring Entity (HOPE) reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
