প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
• Having specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature of works with STP completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT 65.00 (Sixty Five) lac Taka in a single contract.
• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 100.00 (One Hundred) Lac Taka over the last 03 (Three) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
• The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lakh only. Adequacy of credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form e-PW2a), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract (original copy only).
• The tenderer must possess:The tenderer must possess: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate; ii) Valid VAT registration certificate and iii) Up-to-date trade license.
• The minimum capacity shall be: Tk.91.00 (Ninety One Point Zero) lakh.
