3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to specified form. Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format tender declare as non-responsive.
4. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained.
5. The Contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost.
