* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All the tenderers must be registered with e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. Tenderers must submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.
3. In case of credit facility required, the tenderer should submit their credit line facility certificate according to attached format. Without credit line facility certificate according to attached format tender will be declared as non-responsive.
4. The tenderer shall be liable to manage land for embankment and yard. Any claim or compensation shall not be entertained in this connection.
5. Quality & quantity of works (CC block/geo-bag quality & quantity, pre/post work) etc. shall be checked by BWDB Task Force Committee and decision of Task Force regarding bill payment will be treated as final decision.
6. The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
7. After completion of the tender opening process, if important documents/certificates related to tender evaluation are unavailable to download/unclear/without JV percentage/other important informations, the certificate would not be taken into consideration.
8. The contractor shall execute tests (cylinder test/core cutting test/polypropylene content etc.) as stated in GCC and BWDB Technical Specification attached in section 8.
9. In case of any confusion Last Updated PPR will be followed.
10. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject the tenders if occurs any unavoidable situation.
