* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods in any Power Plant or in any industrial entity amounting not less than BDT 25,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Five Lakh Only) under a maximum number of 02 (two) contracts in the last 03 (three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate of satisfactory completion and performance of the goods delivered as supporting documents of specific experiences.
The minimum amount of credit line is BDT 25,00,000.00 (Taka Twenty Five Lakh Only).
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
a) Valid and updated trade license, VAT registration certificate (13-digit e-BIN), Income Tax certificate or Proof of submission of Tax Return of latest applicable Tax Assessment Year.
b) Any document that are required by the law of GoB to fulfil the supply of the goods and related service.
c) Declaration from the Supplier confirming compliance to “Additional Terms & Conditions of the Contract” mentioned in Section-6 of the Tender Document and stating that this declaration shall be binding upon the Supplier.
