* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Return Proof Document including Valid TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years [Years counting backyard from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction work under public sector of at least single number of contract of the works including repair and replacing of profile sheet / Corrugated Iron (CI) Sheet and removing & replacing of tiles or similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] each with a value of at least Tk.14,00,000.00 (Fourteen Lakh).
4.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh) over the best 3 (Three) financial years in the last 5 (Five) financial years.
5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit com specific credit commitment or any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh), which will be submitted in the prescribed format of the tender document.
