প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Tenderer must submit
1) Up to date valid Trade License.
2) Up to Date Tax Certificate.
3) VAT Registration Number and
ITT 9.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years.
ITT9.1(b) The minimum specific experience in Interior Decoration works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 9,00,000/= (Nine lakh).
ITT10.1(a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 16,00,000/= (Sixteen Lakh) over the last five (5) years.
ITT 10.1(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 13,00,000/= (Thirteen lakh).
Note:
A) A Contractor who has a work in hand and progress at NSTU is not Qualify to participate in this Tender.
B) The same Contractor cannot participate in two tenders at the same time. The Tender ID of the Two Tenders are 1089653 & 1089652.
