* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submitted by:
(1) The tenderers shall be authorized agent/Distributor of the generator brand and the Tenderer must be submit its all Valid Supporting Documents issued by original Manufacturing Company.
(2) Tenderers shall have minimum 5 years specific experience in supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Diesel Generator Works in Govt. / Semi Govt./Autonomous/ Private Organization of Bangladesh.
(3) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Tendere in Successfully Supplying of Similar Goods or Related Services Appraised not less than Tk.30.00 lac, at least a Single Contract in Government/Semi government/Autonomous, Multinational, Private Organization of Bangladesh
During last 5 years.
(4) Facilities/Credit Line Tk.45.00 Lac only and must be certified within 28 Days up to the last date of lodgment of the Tender.
(5) Authorized local agent must have physical facilities (Logistic support i.e Manpower list on going servicing list) to provide after sale services during and after the warranty period.
(6) Tenderer shall submit Up to date Trade License, TIN, Latest income Tax Clearance Certificate and Latest VAT Clearance Certificate.
(7) Successful Tenderer must submit the related Port of lading, bill of landing, LC and Pre shipment & Inspection certificate, NSTU Technical team/committee inspect at the port before product delivery.
(8) Up to date ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
(9) Other Notable Terms are pointed out at ITT,TDS,GCC, PCC Which are Strictly should be followed.
