(5) Specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (Two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 years
(6) Tenderer who will have to submit 500gm Poly aluminium chloride (PAC) & 500gm Poly acrylamide (PAM) sample with sealed condition for pre-testing to the following address before the dead line of the tender submission:
