* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. A satisfactory completion certificate of heavy duty vehicle repairing works under govt/semi govt/Autonomus organization/ Public limited Company amounting not less than Taka 3,00,000.00 (Three Lac ) only as a prime contractor in a single contract/work order within last 5 (Five) years shall be required.
02. The minimum liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Taka 5,00,000.00 (Five Lac) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-gp Portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of commitement for banks undertaking for line of credit (form PW3-7).
03. The required average turnover shall be greater than Tk 3,00,000.00 (Three Lac) only over the last 3(Three) years.
04. Tenderer must submit Automobile repairing categorized valid trade liecence and VAT certificate.
05. Tenderer must submit TIN certificate with updated income Tax return certificate/Acknowledgement slip.
06. The Tenderer must submit documents of having own Automobile repairing and maintenance Workshop.
07. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
08. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
