b) The tenderer shall have experience, financial solvency and fulfillment of the technical specification & other criteria as required and stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
c) The Contractor must submit the written declaration to complete this work within 08 (Eight) days from the Contract Date.
d) The Contractor must submit the site visit report.
