প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The tenderer shall have all legal documents such as Updated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance certificate or Acknowledgement of Income Tax Return slip, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
b) The tenderer shall have experience, financial solvency and fulfillment of the technical specification & other criteria as required and stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
c) The contractor is required to properly complete the tender documents; clearly stating the specific product model name ( With deatails technical specifications), brand name, manufacturer name, and country of origin. Multiple brands and model numbers should not be listed for the same item in the tender document.
d) The Tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization or Authorization from Manufacturer's sole distriibutor/agent for the items specific in TDS.
