(a) General experience of the Contractor shall be 1 (One) years of Construction Works.
(b) Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work is successfully completion of at least 01 (one) number of work in a single contract/tender with a value of at least TK. 5.00 Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 1 (One) years.
(c) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit facilities of the tender shall be Tk.6.00 Lac.
(d) The Tenderers must submit with its Tender VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provide by Government of Bangladesh. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(e) The procuring entity have right to receive or reject any part or all the tender.
