প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk 3.50 Lac (Three Lac Fifty Thousand) in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
3. The Tenderer shall have the required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4.0 Lac over the last 5 (five) years.
4. Minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) (in the PW2(a) form without any alteration) Tk. 3.5 Lac is required from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh. In case of Bank credit facility it should be unconditional.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 3.80 Lac (Seven Lac Eighty Thousand) Only
6. The Tender must possess: (i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. (iii) Up-to-date trade license etc
7. All other eligibility and prequalification will be counted as per TDS and PCC
8. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
