* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA,2006 and PPR,2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD):
(I) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
 
(II) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in the supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 6,00,000 (SIX LAKH); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. [The Tenderer shall submit a Completion Certificate along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
 
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) (Form PG2-5) of Tk. Tk. 6,00,000 (SIX LAKH). [Issued after February/2025.]
 
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as a supplier.
 
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with e-TIN Certificate.
 
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate.
 
VII) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers / Manufacturer (if the bidder is a supplier) [When applicable].
 
(VIII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
