* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must be registered on e-GP Portal with a valid trade license, TIN certificate.
2. Tenderer must submit similar nature work certificate, annual construction turnover
certificate and liquid assets certificate.
3. Payment will be made based on the budged and availability of fund.
4. Any individual Tender/Bangladeshi Tenderer(s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification(s)
criteria stipulated in the Tender Document PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.
5.Tenderer must submit line of credit certificate in PW3-7 prescribed format which is to be
uploaded in section 7.
6. If the amount quoted by tenderer is more than 10% above or less than 10% below than
the official estimated cost, the submitted tender will be treated as non-responsive.
7. The Tender must comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB in
connection with Protective Work.
8. All the information, clarification and documents submitted by the tenderer must comply
with declaration given.
9. Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the major construction
equipments, in full working order (required documents must be submitted).
10. Contractor will arrange land (if needed) by his own initiative for implementing the work.
*Work will be executed according to approval of 2nd revised DPP
