The Tenderers are requested to follow the TDS :
1. Tenderer must be registered in e-GP system through CPTU, IMED.
2. Tender security will be submitted in the form of Pay order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in favour of Deputy Director, Regional Accounting Center, BWDB, Dhaka.
3. Original copy of relevant documents to be showed to the evaluation committee & PE (if necessary).
4. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
5.Contractor will arrange land (if needed) by his own initiative for implementing the work.
