প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Renovation, Construction & Interior works.
B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 10.00 lac (Ten lac) for Package-APP-6/2024-25/ASAH in a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization.
C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 25.00 lac (Twenty five lac) for Package- APP-6/2024-25/ASAH. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Turn over must be authenticated by NBR.
D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 13.00 lac (Thirteen lac) for Package- APP-6/2024-25/ASAH only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
F) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate
(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate
(iii) Up to date trade license
(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate.
G) JVCA is not allowed
