This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in civil and sanitary works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of
Civil works of Tk. 8.00 lac in a single tender submitted by tenderer in Bangladesh of Govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies/organization during last 5 (Five) years.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (Five) years amounting of Tk. 4.00 Lac with necessary supporting documents from the concerned authorities(work certificate) shall be submitted with the tender.
(D)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 Lac Adequacy of minimum
liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh ( form PW2a-3) without alteration, issued not earlier than Fourteen (14) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(E)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 9.00 lac provide necessary information to calcuate tender capacity as specified in TDS.
(F) Valid Trade License , Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
(H) Up-to date PWD License
