* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall fulfill the following conditions:
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works/ supply of goods as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works/ supply of goods of at least 1 contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 5 Lakh. in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(C) In case of the work / supply done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(D) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8 Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work.
(E) The Tenderer must have Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up to-date Income Tax Return Certificate.
(F) Sample must be approved by Procuring entity before delivery of goods. If price quotation is inappropriate to the estimated rate, PE can take clarification from the tenderer. N.B. PE reserves the right to cancel the tender any time without any reason.
(G) All other Conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 and Section-4) of tender Documents must be fulfiled.
