প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have an updated Trade License; Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Tax paying certificate, and VAT registration certificate;
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in the printing and supply of books, reports, and related services;
3. The minimum specific experience as a supplier for printing and supplying books, reports, and related services at least one (1) contract completed within the last 3 (three) years with a value of Tk. 4,95,000.00 (Four Lakh Ninety Five Thousand Taka only);
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh Taka only);
5. Tenderer shall have printing press;
6. Any other document as specified in the TDS.
