The Tenderers shall have:
a) Valid trade license (Up to date).
b) Valid tax clearance certificate (Up to date).
c) Valid VAT & TIN certificate.
d) Up to date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of
Bangladesh.
e) Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by
the Executive Engineer of EED after varified by respective organization.
f) Submit valid Manufacturer’s Authorization letter of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
g) Submit valid agencyship certificate of the proposed brand of lift Manufacturing Company.
h) Submit valid documents in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender
