প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(1) Reputed contractors / construction firms who have minimum 5 years of general experience in building Maintenance works.
(2) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number of building maintenance works not less than Tk. 9.00 lac only in a single work order in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
(3) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk. 11.00 lac only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents (Detail payment certificate) shall be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.
(4)The minimum amount of Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 11.00 lac
(5) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk.11.00 lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(6) The tenderer must possess Up-to-date trade license, income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate.
(7) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
(8) All Data as per TDS and ITT Clause
N.B: Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system.
