দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electro Mechanical works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) A satisfactory completion of supply & installation of lift work of at least Tk. 63.00 Lakh under a single contract (Including minimum 1 Nos 1000 Kg Lift) within last 05 (Five) years under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual supply & installation Electrical Equipments Turnover must be Tk. 60.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 60.00 Lakh only. (in the Form PG3-8 in original form).
e) The tenderer must have to submitted up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
f) Up to date ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
g) Manufacturer's authorization /Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documents section, have to be submitted in the designated fields.
h) The bidder shall submit the technical proposal with sealed & signed by manufacturing company and main catalouge (marked) including mentioning brand, model & origin of the proposed lift.
i) Other qualification Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
