* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,২০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh fulfill the criteria mentioned As Per ITT & TDS are eligible to participate in the Procurement process.
b) Valid up to date trade license .
c) Vat registration certificate.
d) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate
e) Required Contractors/Suppliers firms who have minimum 3 Years of General experience in Similar nature of works. (Years counting backward from the date of tender publication in News Paper).
f) Having experience in successful completion/execution of at least 1 (One) number of Supply & Purchase of computer equipment works amounting worth not less than Tk.6.0 Lakhs only in a single tender in Govt./Semi Govt . /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 ( Five ) years.
g) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 lakh (Conditional Bank certificates treated as liquid assets shall not be accepted )
h) Satisfying the other criterion laid down in the tender schedule.
