প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer shall have an updated Trade License; Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Taxpaying certificate, and VAT registration certificate;
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in the supply of toners for computer printers and photocopiers and related goods and services;
3. The minimum specific experience as a supplier of toners for computer printers and photocopiers, and related goods and services at least one (1) contract completed within the last 3 (three) years with a value of Tk. 11,00,000.00 (Eleven Lakh Taka only);
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lakh Taka only);
5. Authorization letter from manufacturer or sole agent in Bangladesh;
6. Reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past 3 years;
7. Any other document as specified in the TDS.
