দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years(*) in the electro-mechanical works.
b) A satisfactory completion of electro-mechanical work of at least Tk 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) under a single contract (Including at least 200 KVA Transformer & 60 KVA Generator) within last 05 (Five) years(*) shall be required of this tender under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two hundred Lac Taka) over the last 5(five) years(*). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with Tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore). Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
d) Up to date valid Trade license.
e) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.
g) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.
h) Authorization letter from manufacturer for Substation and Generator.
i) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed Brand.
j) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
k) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendment) shall be followed.
* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
