* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Enlisted Contractors of Govt , Semi-Govt. and Autonomous who have :
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General Experience in Fire Fighting Related Supply of Fire Protection and Detection and Yearly Maintenance works.
b) The minimum specific experience as work ( Fire Extinguisher Refilling, Maintenance of Fire Hydrant and Fire Alarm system Related) of at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed (under Gov't, Semi-Gov't or Autonomous sector) within the last 3 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 7.50 Lakh . i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (Document submitted along with the tender)
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tender shall be TK. 6 (Six) Lakh. (Document submitted along with the tender)
d) The tenderers must have up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN.
e) The tenderers must have up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
f) The tenderers must have up to date valid Trade License.
g) The tenderers must have up to date valid ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.
h) The tederers must have up to date License from Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense
i) The tederers must have up to date License from Department of Explosive (for related service).
j) The tenderers must have up to date License from BSTI
k) The Tenders must have Fire Extinguishers Refilling workshop and workshop related necessary documents
l) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
m) The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
