* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Enlisted Contractors of Govt , Semi-Govt. and Autonomous who have :
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General Experience in Fire Fighting Related Supply of Fire Protection and Detection and Yearly Maintenance works.
b) The minimum specific experience as work (Fire Extinguisher Refilling, Maintenance of Fire Hydrant and Fire Alarm system Related) of at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed (under Gov't, Semi-Gov't or Autonomous sector) within the last 3 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 7.50 Lakh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers . (Document submitted along with the tender)
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK.8 (Eight) Lakh over Last 05 years.Years conuting backward from the daate of publication of IFT in the news paper.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tender shall be TK. 6 (Six) Lakh. (Document submitted along with the tender). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2a-7 of tender .
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be TK.8 (Eight) lakh supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed from (list of ongoing works/commitmets) All other conditions as mentioned in e- TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
f) The tenderers must have up to date VAT Registration Certificate, Income Tax Certificate and Trade Lisense as well as othres required eligibility and conditions of the Tender as shown in Tender data Sheet (TDS)
