প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in The Construction Works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 Years.
(B) (i) The Minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contracto or Management Contractor in Successful Completion of at least one Number of similar nature work of Tk 70.00 Lacs (BDT Seventy Lac) in a Single Contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During Last 5 Years.
(C) The Tenderer Shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During Last 5 Financial Years of Tk. 50.00 Lacs (BDT Fifty Lacs).
(D) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk 35,00,000/=(BDT Thirty Five lac only) and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender.
(E) The Tender Must Possess:
(i) Up-to-date Trade License
(ii) Valid and updated VAT Registration Certificate.
(iii). Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC Category Contractorship and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of
Bangladesh.
(v) Attested Copies of all Documents Mentioned Above.
(F) Tenderer Having Quoted The Tender Price More than 10% Above or Below The Official Estimated Cost, The Tender will be Rejected.
(G) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 60.00 Lacs (BDT Sixty Lac)
