a) Tender must be submitted with Valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate, Vat Registration Certificate, Work order with successfully completion certificate of similar nature of works (interior decoration) at least worth Tk. 2.0 (two) crore in a single instance during last 5 years from any Govt./ Semi- Govt./ Autonomous body / Banking Sector by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned Department/Organization.
b) All other qualifications will be applicable as specified in Tender Data Sheet. Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the Tender.
