প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Up to date Trade License.
(ii) Up to date VAT Registration Certificate.
(iii) Up to date Income Tax Payment Certificate along with TIN Certificate.
(iv) Name, Business address, Company profile/NID of the Tenderer, CV/Experience certificate of employees.
(v) Satisfactory completion certificate showing minimum of 02 years of general experience of the Tenderer in Supply & Plantation of Trees/Plants and related services.
(vi) Satisfactory completion certificate showing specific experience in Supply & Plantation of Trees/Plants and related services of at least Tk. 8 Lac under a single contract in the last 5(Five) years to any organization.
(vii) Bank Solvency certificate Minimum TK. 14.00 lac along with statement of account for the immediate last 3 months or working capital or credit facilities certificate of minimum TK. 14.00 lac from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
