* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per standard Tender Document (STD);
(I) The minimum of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3(Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp system.
(II) The Minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) Contract Successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least tk. 12,60,000/- (Twelve Lac Sixty Thousand Only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp System. [The tendered will submit copy of contract deeds along with the experience certificate in the e-GP system.]
(III) The minimum amount of of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is (From PG2-5) Tk. 14,11,000/- (Fourteen Lac Eleven Thousand only). [Certificate must be issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP system].
(IV) UP-to date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with e-TIN Certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [Size of grain: Must be small grains and at least 600 grains in per 10 gram] Supply of unnotmaner Moshur dal Saru )} must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Khulna District Jail as per technical specification before tender opening date and time.
