প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) Not been prevented by the order of any Judicial Court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity as per PPA-2006, PPR-2008
(ii) Minimum 05 (Five) Years period of general experience
(iii) The specific experience(Work completion certificate along with NOA should be submitted) of satisfactory completion of similar nature of Construction/Remodeling/Repair works(Civil) of at least Tk 20 (Twenty) Lac in a single tender under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body in the last 05 (Five) years (from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper)
(iv) Annual Average Turnover(Work completion certificate along with NOA should be submitted) shall be at least Tk 70 (Seventy) Lac in the last 03 (Three) years (from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper)
(v) Minimum Liquid Asset i.e working capital or credit limit of Tk 30 (Thirty) Lac. Documents must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender as per form PW2a-3 (Form is uploaded) must be submitted for this purpose.
(vi) Information about Litigation.
(vii) Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
(viii) Affidavit about proprietorship/Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Article & Association etc.(If necessary).
