প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) Not been prevented by the order of any Judicial Court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity as per PPA-2006, PPR-2025.
(ii) The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be Minimum 05 (Five) Years.
(iii) The minimum specific experience (Work completion certificate along with NOA/ Work Order should be submitted) of satisfactory completion of similar nature of Construction/Remodeling/Repair works (Civil & Electrical) of at least Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac in a single tender under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body in the last 05 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper).
(iv) Annual Average Turnover (Work completion certificate along with NOA/Work Order should be submitted) shall be at least Tk. 40.00 (Forty) Lac in the last 03 (Three) years (Years counting backward from the publication date of IFT in the newspaper).
(v) The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50 (Fifty) Lac. Documents must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender as per form PW2a-3 (Form is uploaded) must be submitted for this purpose.
(vi) Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate etc.
(vii) Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Article & Association etc.(If necessary).
