* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have the following Qualifications and criteria’s:
1) Minimum of Five (05) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
2) Satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods will be of minimum TK.30.00 Lac (Thirty Lac) under single (01) contract in the last three (03) of years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3) The minimum supply capacity of Goods is TK.60.00 Lac (Sixty Lac) within a year for the last three (03) years. Documents showing clear evidence of supply capacity are to be submitted.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is TK.25.00 Lac (Twenty-Five Lac). These liquid assets should be net of other contractual commitments.
Documents/ Photocopies (clear enough to read) to be enclosed with the tender:
a) Up-to-date related License/Trade License.
b) Up-to-date VAT, BIN Certificate.
c) Up-to-date TIN Certificate.
d) Up-to-date Income Tax Return Submission Certificate.
e) Tender Submission Letter.
f) Written confirmation of authorization to submit the Tender (Authorization letter from the Firm/Company shall be attached with Tender Submission Letter (Form e-PG3-1) to lodge the e-Tender.
g) Name of the authorized representative and his/her signature duly attested by the tenderer.
h) Letter of Acceptance of the World Bank’s Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework1 (Attached in Section 6 named file as LoA_WB_Anticorruption_Guidelines_Sanctions_Framework) is to be submitted with the Tender.
i) All other documents as stated in TDS.
