Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant
The Invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible service providers, except those debarred by the World Bank or CPTU.
The Tenderer must hold valid licenses for outsourcing manpower services under the CSAWM Project (BWDB Part).
The Tenderer shall submit proof of taxation compliance, including: 3.1 Valid TIN certificate. 3.2 Income tax return acknowledgement for Assessment Year 2023 - 2024. 3.3 VAT/BIN registration certificate.
