প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents. Also must be submitted all Certificates/Documents for proving the informations.
1. General experience of not less than 5 (Five) Years.
2. Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last 5 (Five) years :
Successfully completion of Civil works (Similar Works) amounting of Taka at least 80 (Eighty) Lac in a single work order/NOA of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous organization during the last 5(Five) years.
3. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 60 (Sixty) Lac (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission).
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2.80 (Two Point Eight Zero) Crore over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.
5. The tenderer must also have current year (up date) Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
6. All others as stated in the tender documents
7. Khulna University authority reserve right for not awarding this work to any on-going contractor of this University.
8. Abnormal/ intentional rate-quoting of any or more items may cause of rejection of the tenderer.
