দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১,৩০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৯০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05(Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience in similar nature of works of at least Tk 9,00,000.00 (Tk. Nine Lac) only under 01 or 02 of contract(s) over a period of 05 (Five) years shall be required.
3. The required average annual turnover must be greater than Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Tk Ten lac) only over the last three (03) years which will be supported by audit report or a statement showing year wise turnover along with work order/contract agreement and work completion certificate.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8,00,000.00 (Taka Eight Lac Only).
5. The tenderer shall have valid trade license, Vat certificate, Income Tax certificate (With Proof of Submission of Return (PSR/ acknowledge slip/certificate), ABC License and Electrical Supervisory License.
6. Tenderer having two or more running contracts related to DSS (Distribution Support Services) and Yearly Emergency installation, repair, recovery and re-installation of 11 KV, 11/0.4KV & 0.4KV overhead lines and distribution transformers works in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.
7. Note- APP working year 2023-2024 but Actual workng year of 2024-2025.
8. All other terms and conditions as given in the tender Document.
