* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৯১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৯১,৫০০,০০০ ~ ২৭৪,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2(Two) number contracts successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 8.00 ( eight point zero zero) Crore for each lot under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of work done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying Authority shall be the officer of the organization ( not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed ( FORM-A).
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line shall be Tk 8.80 (eight point eight zero) Crore
5. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required as per TDS.
6. The tender must possess:
i) TIN Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
(v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
7. Necessary supporting documents must be submitted along with the Tender. All other document as mentioned in TDS.
