প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (One) contract(s) of similar nature (Earth filling work from a single contract or from a single contract where at least same amount of earth filling work is available with other works), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least BDT. 230.00 (Two Hundred Thirty) Lakh Only.
(b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 360 (Three Hundred sixty) Lakh Only over the last 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (Only payment certificate shall be acceptable for turn over calculation.)
(c) The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT. 270.00 (Two Hundred Seventy) Lakh Only.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT. 90.00 (Ninty) Lakh Only. In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 1 month before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the schedule bank according to CPTU prescribed form referencing to this Package No: TPIIP/2023-24/BT- 40
