* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [5] years.
b) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature of Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully completed in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting to Tk. 3.00 [Three] lakh in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh. (along with NOA & Completion certificate should be enclosed)
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities (in Form e-PG2-7) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 4,00,000.00 [Four Lakh] only.
d) According to Letter No-21.00.0000.364.19.018(1).19-14 date: 13/01/2020 & According to Letter No-21.00.0000.363.27. 114(2).19-003, date: 12/01/2023 from CPTU; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
e) The tenderer must have to submit detail Analysis against their Quoted rate, without any satisfactory explanation and rate analysis the tenderer not to be considered as a qualified tenderer.
f) The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2025 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
g) The Procuring Entity (PE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
h) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
