* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP system, who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the tender document.
The following conditions shall be considered:
1. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc. as stated/required in TDS) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP tenders must be available correctly on specified forms and must be in the format as given in Standard Tender Document (PW3).
2. Minimum liquid asset or working capital with audit report or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of Form PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Bank solvency certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset.
3. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified/ responsive tenderer for this tender.
4. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained. This Tender will be Performed According to "PPA-2006 & PPR-2008 and Subsequent Ammendments."
N.B.: a) The tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information, If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
b) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders.
