* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) similar nature successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 (Four) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-7 form without any alteration) Tk. 5.00 (Five) Lac.
5. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date income tax clearance certificate and up to-date trade license.
6. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD (PW3) of CPTU (attached in section-7). All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
