প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience.
Having experience in Successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of supply amounting minimum BDT 90 (Ninety ) lac in single Work order in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum BDT 1.4 Crore.
To attach Up to date Trade license, TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate and others certificate as per TDS.
Manufacturer Authorization Certificate is Required for Specific Items.

Bidder must have valid (Medical Grade Formalin) License from Licensing Authority or valid Authorization from proper licensor authority.
